Old-fashioned cartoon doodle. I was looking at Bob Clampett cartoon stuff and listening to Portishead. A little collage here. Those are real bandages and stitches, and the border is duct tape. I was going to do a big painted version of this on wood.

This is not that old, but I'm going to stop doing these soon. I had to get the whole "I'm sad and lonely" thing out of my system, and that's fine, but I've had moments recently where I felt like I was without ego or identity, and in those moments, you realize how dangerous it is to label yourself. You end up reaffirming your own bad habits. The first step to not being a martyr is to stop calling myself one.

I'm not sure of anything anymore.
